Program Overview
The Nursing Assistant Program at Angel Hands Nursing Academy is a comprehensive hybrid program that combines online academic instruction with in-person skills training to prepare students for entry-level patient care roles in hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living communities, rehabilitation centers, home healthcare settings, and other healthcare facilities.
This program provides in-depth instruction in personal care, vital signs, mobility assistance, infection control, patient safety, communication, resident rights, documentation, and activities of daily living.
Admissions Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements to enroll:

Must be 16 years of age (with parental consent) or 18+

Valid Government-Issued photo ID
- Social Security Card/ ITIN

Pass a physical health clearance exam and TB (Tuberculosis) test
- Complete Live Scan fingerprinting

Have access to a laptop, tablet, or desktop computer

Students must remain current on all tuition payments to continue participation in the program.
Certification Eligibility
Our CNA program prepares eligible students for the California CNA certification examination. Upon successful completion of the program, graduates are eligible to sit for the state exam.
